Kelsey's Women in Sports Leadership provides scholarships and mentorship to help young women turn athletic potential into lifelong leadership.

Kelsey’s Women in Sports Leadership Foundation was created with a clear mission: to invest in the potential of girls and young women in sports. Athletics teach discipline, resilience, teamwork, and leadership skills that extend far beyond the final whistle.
Through intentional programming, mentorship, and community support, KWSL creates opportunities for girls and young women in sports to grow into confident leaders prepared for life’s next chapter.
We believe that when young female athletes are given access, encouragement, and resources, they don’t just compete, they thrive.

We support girls and young women in sports by removing barriers and creating pathways for growth, leadership, and success both on and off the field.
Through scholarships, mentorship, and community programs, KWSL equips girls and young women with the resources, confidence, and support they need to thrive in athletics and in life.

KWSL provides scholarship opportunities to support female student-athletes as they pursue academic success, leadership growth, and athletic development. Our scholarships are designed to reduce financial barriers while recognizing commitment, resilience, and leadership potential on and off the field and those who strive to make a positive impact in their schools and communities.
When girls and young women in sports are supported, entire communities grow stronger. At KWSL, we don’t just invest in athletes, we invest in confidence, leadership, and long-term opportunity.
Our programs are designed to ensure girls and young women in sports have the resources, guidance, and support needed to thrive academically, athletically, and personally. By removing barriers and creating meaningful opportunities, we help young women develop the skills, resilience, and leadership needed to succeed both on and off the field.
